If you have a special need and you know about it in advance (e.g., your first meeting) just give us a call. We'll make certain that someone is available for you.

For older products such as Unity 2000 and Synthesis 2000 support is available by email only.  Please use the form on our 'Contact Us' page to send your questions.  Provide as much detail as possible, and be sure to include a callback number.

System documentation should always be your first choice when you need support. All of our software products include a user guide and a detailed help system, which will most often answer your question.
