note: 64 bit Vista & Win 7 require FTDI driver 2.06 or higher which is on our downloads page.
If you are not sure when your software was purchased, it is best to download the current trial version, make sure you have your product key code as it may be necessary, uninstall the old version, restart the computer, and install the new version.
