We do not accept returns nor do we issue refunds on any purchases. In the rare event
that you receive defective hardware it will be replaced under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Full working versions of our software are available from our ‘downloads’ page
so that you have every opportunity to evaluate the product prior to purchase.
Additionally, we offer demonstration kits for most hardware products that we sell.
We encourage you to "try before you buy" and to ask questions so
that you make the best possible purchase decisions.
Our Rental Service Cancellation Policy:
Upon placement of a rental order, you will receive an
email acknowledgement that the order has been received. This
however, does not mean that your order is accepted. Provided
that equipment and manpower are available, the project status
will be upgraded from Pending to Active. Project activation
represents our acceptance of your order.
Shortly after activation you will receive a deposit invoice,
which is due upon receipt. Payment of this invoice reserves the
resources required for fulfillment of your order. If we do not
receive payment within a reasonable timeframe, your project will
be placed on hold.
Should you cancel the order anytime prior to making your deposit
payment, the cancellation fee will be $250.00 plus any expenses
that we might have incurred.
Once we receive your deposit payment, we will move forward with
project tasks and any travel arrangements required. Should you
then cancel the order, payment is due in full.
At ComTec’s discretion, payments received may be applied as
partial credits toward future business.
Summary of Policy
- Once an order is activated, the minimum cancellation fee is $250.00
- Once your deposit payment is received, the order is billable in full.
