eXpress Audience Polling for PowerPoint 2003 and 2007

ComTec eXpress adds interactivity to your presentation giving you the ability to poll an audience from any PowerPoint slide. Once installed, you will find an eXpress menu and companion toolbar. Everything that you need to create questions, poll the audience, display results and generate reports is in plain sight, on the menu or toolbar.

With just a few mouse clicks, you can create questions like:

Currently, eXpress works with Reply Worldwide and Reply Mini keypads. The free 'Trial Version' is fully functional, but limits polling to 10 keypads only. When you purchase a larger size (100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, or 3750 keypads) you receive an Activation code. Entering the code immediately expands the capacity to the size that you purchased. (Note: It can take 2 business days to receive an activation code. If you need a code quickly, please contact us before purchasing.)

You only need to activate eXpress on computers that will be used for 'live polling'. To help make licensing as easy as possible for you, eXpress will work with any Reply Base station (model CRS940 or CRS941) regardless of serial number, and without cumbersome hardware keys (dongles).

Our hassle-free license management even lets you deactivate eXpress. You're changing computers? Deactivate eXpress on the old one and activate it on the new one. It is really that simple.

eXpress provides a basic feature set that includes easy hardware configuration, straight forward keypad testing, standard opinion questions, demographic questions, demographic filtering, prioritization, dual comparison, motion slides, and election functions. It is also extremely easy to assign polling music and to set an optional countdown timer.

For maximum reliability, the data collected during your presentation is stored within your PowerPoint presentation file. It is also saved to an industry standard XML file for easy transfer to advanced, XML aware applications.

To facilitate data sharing, eXpress generates reports as either Word or Excel documents. These include graphs for the total audience or specific demographic groups. There is also a class report that provides question-by-question, keypad-by-keypad data.
