Welcome to ComTec software downloads. Below is a list of all files that are currently available.
When the 'download' box is displayed, please choose 'Save' and remember the folder that you are saving to. Once the download is complete, navigate to the saved file on your computer and click to install it.

ComTec XPw trial software (55.5 MB)
Updated February 3, 2010 this file installs
the current trial versions of
Unity XPw, Synthesis XPw, and
Elect XPw.
All features and functions are fully implemented. However,
as a trial version you can use no more than 10 keypads.
If you are updating existing software, and if that software
supports more than 10 keypads, the new one will too.
The installation includes help files and User Guides. If you will be using this software with a Reply system connected, you will find drivers in c:\ComTecXPw\Drivers folder. The older Fleetwood branded drivers and the newest generic drivers are both included along with tools to update base stations.
This version also includes the VoteCast.mobi service which allows you to import web data during your keypad polling, along with data file import which can be used in multi-location polling.
ComTec Plus trial software - (71.9 MB)
Updated February 3, 2010 this file installs Unity Plus, Synthesis Plus and
Elect Plus. All
features and functions are fully implemented. However, as
a trial version you can use no more than 10 keypads.
If you are updating existing software, and if that software
supports more than 10 keypads, the new one will too.
The installation also installs the required Reply Plus drivers to c:\ComTecPlus\Drivers. Additionally, this package installs a folder called "Plus" to your drive C which includes all tools for updating your Plus hardware.
Help files and User Guides for Unity, Synthesis and Elect are also installed.

This file installs Unity XP-IQ and Synthesis-IQ and
Elect XP-IQ. All

This version of XP-IQ is not fully Vista compatible. (updated 5/30/08)
USB-Serial Driver Version 2.06
Generic for use with Reply Worldwide & Reply Plus (2.2 MB)
To use a CRS940, CRS041, WRS970, or WRS971 a hardware driver must first be installed.
ComTec XPw and ComTec Plus software includes this driver on the CD. If
you have downloaded the Trial Version you do not need to
download this file. After installing the trial version
drivers are available from c:\ComTecXPw\Drivers or c:\ComTecPlus\Drivers
depending on which trial you installed. The packages also include tools for
updating base stations to the most current generic drivers.
If you are upgrading from an older version of drivers, or for any reason need to install them on a specific machine, download this executable file and simply run it. If you want the driver package as individual files. download this zip file: FTDI Version 2.06 Zip
